Refund Policy

If the book isn't for you, you get your money back. That simple.
eBook: 14-day refund
- Write to sofia@spanishwithsofis.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you used to buy, with your order number if you have it.
- No need to explain why, and whether or not you have downloaded the book.
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, the download link and your personal card link stop working, and your licence to use the copy ends.
This policy is more generous than most consumer laws require for digital content and never reduces your legal rights. In the EU and UK, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is kept by this policy even after you download the book.
Didn't receive your book?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within an hour of paying, write to us and we'll send it again. That's a delivery issue, not a refund: you'll get your book.
Duplicate or unauthorised charge
Write to us straight away and we will refund a duplicate order in full. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, and we will solve it faster.
Private classes
Classes are paid directly to Sofía. The rescheduling and refund conditions for your package are confirmed with you in writing before you pay. As a general rule, classes you haven't taken yet can be refunded if you ask before they are scheduled.
